Account Strategist – US Market (m/f/x)
Your role with us
Your responsibilities
Market Ownership: You take full responsibility for the US market, acting as the bridge between our overseas customers and the product and management teams in Berlin.
Inbound Sales & Expansion: You qualify incoming leads from the US, conduct product demos, and guide potential customers through to the final contract. Additionally, you actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
Strategic Customer Success: You support US customers post-sale, lead the onboarding process, and conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure they derive maximum ROI from our AI solution.
Value Evangelist: You translate complex technical content (AI business process automation) into clear value propositions for both technical stakeholders and business executives.
Data-Driven Insights: You analyze usage patterns of your US accounts, implement retention strategies, and provide valuable market feedback to our product team.
Your profile
What you bring to the table:
Education & Experience: You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have initial relevant experience (1+ years) in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting) – ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
Sales & Consulting Expertise: You have experience managing and closing complex sales cycles for technical products that require detailed explanation.
Communication Talent: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level). German is a plus.
Mindset: You are characterized by a strong growth mindset and high self-motivation. You enjoy working independently, can manage multiple deals and accounts simultaneously, and have a strong work ethic.
Work Style: You have a positive, empathetic, and structured way of working. You think analytically and are data-driven, making confident decisions based on insights and KPIs.

Tech Interest: You are passionate about AI-driven process automation and are not intimidated by complex B2B workflows.
Process Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ERP systems or deep B2B business processes is an advantage.
US Affinity: You already have experience working with US-based customers or a deep understanding of US business culture.
