Workist is looking for a Head of Sales (m/f/x) to join and lead the growing sales team in Berlin.
Our sales team drives the entire company forward by bringing our software to new customers. We are a tight-knit, high-energy crew of Business Development Representatives and (Senior) Account Executives. As the Head of Sales, you will lead our sales organization into the next phase of growth (1M+ to 10M+ ARR). We are looking for an experienced leader to make our sales motion repeatable and closings predictable. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder/Managing Director, this position will have a huge impact on the future of our company.
Experience in successfully taking a startup from 1M+ to 10M+ ARR
Operational experience in both BDR/SDR and AE roles, selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers in a B2B context
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and successfully building and leading a growing team
Ability to hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Excellent written and oral communication in German and English
