Workist is looking for Business Development Representatives (m/f/x) to join the growing sales team in Berlin. The role is ideal for recent graduates who want to join a fast growing startup early. 

From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices, you will be an integral member for our Sales organization. You will get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team, but most importantly you will jumpstart your career in an exciting field. This is your mission

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales activities through email, phone, and social networks to research and develop new business leads

  • Engage with new prospects, qualify leads, and book sales meetings

  • Continuously analyze and optimize the efficiency of outreach channels and find the best way to engage with each target 

  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process

  • Keep the CRM system up to date with all relevant information to guarantee a smooth handover with other teams involved in the sales process

Your profile

Required Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor degree 

  • Excellent written and oral communication in German and English

  • Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously

  • Desire to learn and challenge the status quo

  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast growing company

  • Prior Startup sales experience is a plus
