Workist is looking for a Demand Generation Manager (m/f/x) to join the Growth team in Berlin.
As a Demand Generation Manager you will help us build the foundation for how our marketing team drives the sales pipeline. As an early member of the Growth team, you’ll wear many demand generation hats—from driving awareness, creating content, launching campaigns, optimizing our lead funnel, to running A/B experiments. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teammates, and will report to the Head of Growth.
2-3 years of experience with B2B demand generation in a SaaS company
Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets and contribution to revenue growth
Experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web
You like working with data, enjoy measuring, and love to optimize
You are a self-starter who spots opportunities and takes ownership
Team player who enjoys collaborating across teams. You can effectively partner with sales and customer success
You are fluent in German and English
