Workist is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst (m/f/x) to join the Growth team in Berlin.
As our first Revenue Operations hire, you will shape the foundation for best-practice sales and marketing operations at Workist. Help us achieve operational excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, processes, and tools. You will help the sales team to maximize sales results and help the marketing team drive automation. You are the trusted partner of the sales and growth management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of our go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this position will have a big impact on the future of our company.
First (admin) experience with best-in-class tools in the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience tech stack for SaaS companies (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Salesloft, …), with a desire to learn how to become an expert
Understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts
The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes
Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
Excellent team player with strong attention to details
Experience working in an agile environment in an early-stage startup
Plus: Experience working with BI/Analytics tools, SQL skills
